A crisp and fresh organic beer brewed with inspiration from German pilsners.
A little more bitterness than our conventional pilsner makes it a real thirst quencher.
To preserve the fine flavor patterns, we have chosen to leave this beer unfiltered and unpasteurized. This may result in a small amount of harmless sediment.

Copenhagen 22/12 2019. 33 cl bottle from Mad & Vin, Magasin, Kbh. K. Møns usual label design with a little pictogram of Møns klint. This time in dark green.
Pours unclear yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin but frothy layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium-intense, malty sweet and with a light odor of fresh grass. Sweet pale malts, straw and bread. Very light sourish notes of grain.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter sweet with a light overweight of bitterness. Lingers shortly.
Reminds me more of a pale lager than a pilsener. A tad too sweet and not bitter enough to be a truly good pilsener.
