Marielyst 15/10 2025. 33 cl small and Chubby bottle from Min Købmand, Lupin Torvet, Bøtø. Black label with a white shining star and the name of the beer in white letters.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized beige head. Settles as a 0,1 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, lightly roasted and malty odor mingling with a earthy scent and light sourish notes. Sweet dark malts with hints of peat and leather. Touch of alcohol.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, Soft, a bit smooth and viscous, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong earthy bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingering. Finish is semi-dry.
As dark as the infamous dark sky over Møn.
