It is known about King Asger that he was buried in a giant's tomb on Vestmøn. But this beer is no funeral beer. A fresh wheat beer that is perfect for a hot day.

Copenhagen 25/10 2017. 33 cl bottle from Møns Klint Museum Shop in a gift box. Light Blue label in Møns usual design with a nice little stylized drawing of Møns Klint.

Pours hazy yellow with big bubbly white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of dense foam. Moderate lacing.

Aroma is sweet and fairly strong. Light fermentation, tart citrus fruit with some grains thrown in. You are not in doubt that wheat is playing a substantial part on the grain bill.

Medium strong carbonation and watery palate.

Flavor is fresh and a little on the sweet side. Medium sweetness followed by light sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a small bitter and semi-dry twist.

Easy to drink wit bier - on a warm summer day an six-pack will disappear in a minute.
