This is a single hopped India Style Session Ale crafted with Citra hops. Quite possibly one of the most approachable microbrews I have ever encountered, crisp & citrusy with just the right amount of nutty/biscuit malt flavor's balance nicely. Weighing in at 55 IBU's it is definitely a beer that you can enjoy more than one pint in a sitting. Just enough hoppiness for your diehard IPA fans yet not so overwhelming that it may turn some people off. Pours a beautiful light golden color with stark white head. I have yet to find a situation where this beer didn't deliver whether it be on a hot day at the lake or paired with any meal that I could throw at it. By and far one of my favorite SOB beers and one of my favorite microbrews, top five for sure!
