The "Gold" edition of the "Golden Goblet" series pours a bit paler than gold, with a thin white head that disappears quickly. The smell and mouthfeel are malty, with just a touch of metallic. The taste is pretty smooth, with far more malt than hops, but there was a bit of a bite in the finish. A solid, but by no means spectacular, effort.
