The beer pours a dark golden/amber color with a thick frothy offwhite head that slowly fades to lacing. The aroma is good. It has a malty scent that boasts of pale and crystal malts along with a very hoppy aroma. The taste is great! It has quite a bitter hop presence. The malt bill is well balanced with pale and Carapils malts along with some lower lovibond crystal malts. The mouthfeel is fine. It is a low/medium bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This is a very good amber ale. The malt content is excellent as well as the hop character; a good drinker.

Poured a medium amber hue with a half finger foamy white head. There was decent retention and good lacing.
The smell featured a toasted caramel malts, a touch of maple and some citrus hops.
The taste was very well balanced between the toasted malt and herbal/citrusy hop. A touch nutty as well.
The mouthfeel was toward the lighter side for the style.
Overall a tasty and well balanced beer.
