Pours Mahogany with no head. Very light, oily looking lace.
Aroma of molasses, coffee, roast malt, cherries.
Strong taste of molasses, cherries, oak, bourbon, coffee.
Thick bodied, very light to no carbonation. Sweet, oily finish.
One of the coolest colored beers I've ever seen. It loses points for lack of a head and apparent lack of carbonation. Great tasting beer none-the-less.
