Canned 2/21/21
Translucent orange, with slight pinkish tint. About a half-finger ofd quickly-dissipating white head.
Smell is the usual "fresh" ocean breeze and lactic sourness, plus a bit of dried strawberry, and a hint of creamy vanilla.
Taste is light strawberry, vanilla taffy, moderate sourness, coriander, and finishing with a bit of drying bread crust.
Feel is light, but not watery, with moderate very fine, soft carbonation tingle, and the usual sour mucilaginous feeling at the back of the palate/throat.
Overall , pretty good, especially given that it's nine months old. I'd like to try it next summer, when it's warm.
