Share the love with out crisp, malty Vienna-style lager brewed with only the finest German malts and hops. We cold-fermented this beer using German lager yeast and aged it cold for weeks after the initial fermentation. The result is a smooth, flavorful beer with a clean, crisp finish.

Very pale with just a touch of cloudiness. Smells of grapes and honey with a bit of hops aroma. The taste is only slightly bitter with the Riesling grapes prominent in this one. Nice sweet and slightly bitter brew that is super refreshing.

Bottle purchased at War Horse Brewing Company in Geneva, NY.
Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow. White fizzy one inch head, not much lacing.
Smells include grassy hops and sweet grains.
The taste is similar. Very refreshing beer- some slight bitterness from the European hops- grassy and tea-like, very leafy. The back end is sweet.
Crisp and very refreshing- this worked very well as a shower beer. Light bodied.
One of War Horse's better beers- most of their beers are forgettable. This one doesn't knock your socks off, but is very drinkable.

Appearance: Lightly hazed, and infused with some very fine particulate matter, orange-golden body. Medium-small, near white head.
Smell: Malts hinting of bread and biscuits paired with a pat or two of unsalted butter. Faint sweetish toffee, honey hints. Very minute notes of apple and light herbs.
Taste: Modestly malty with some vague biscuity, bready notes and a sweetness akin to toffee and honey. Then, the Peace Bomber bombardier releases a salvo of buttery diacetyl. Low hop character, bitterness. Dry finish with a taste of butter-brushed biscuit tops.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: It needs some work.
