Look: Clean clear pilsner, Golden in color

Smell: Light barley malt, and earthy flora of saaz hops.

Taste: Pleasant light malt, with an earthy grass note.

Mouthfeel: I had to wait two beats for that expected hop close... There it is... just in time... Balanced bitterness. Czech Pilsner Style. FG and Carbonation are spot on!

Overall: Very well executed... I believe it is intentionally not quite as sharp as some of the other Czech Pilsners available... This one is very much in the race... and is taking advantage of the inside lane.

I got a can of this beer off the single shelf from a beer store in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. It poured a clear golden with thin white head that is not leaving much lace. The scent had typical saaz hop notes....grass, grain...hints of earth. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sharp corn and grass presence with peat highlights. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Clear golden yellow color with a thick frothy head. Scents of lemongrass, malts and pear.
Its a very good pilsner in terms of flavor and mouth feel. I’d be interested to see more opinions on this beer, it’s relatively harder to find but a must buy if you see it on the shelves.

Pour from chilled can produces a bit of haze and a modest head that diminishes to a skim, leaving behind pronounced lace. Honest carbonation. Mild cracker aroma. Flavor has a solid malt backbone with mild hops showing up modestly at the finish. Sweetish backdrop. Rich mouthfeel for a pilsner.

Producing a solid pilsner is no mean feat for a small craft brewer. I'd rank this among the best efforts by Potosi Brewing, home of the National Brewery Museum. All profits go to Charity!
