My Corndog Amanda brought this back from her trip to Iceland. Thanks babe!!
Pours up a nice copper with a small yet retained light tan head. No lacing. Aromas of red apple, butterscotch, white grapes. Flavor is the same as nose with grassy and subtle floral hop notes. Subtle bitterness. Light bodied. Smooth crispy carbo. This is a great session brew!

.33l bottle brought back from Iceland.
A – Pours hazy amber with a thin white head that disappeared almost immediately. No real lacing to speak of.
S – Some grainy malt and bread, citrus, a hint of alcohol.
T – Sweet start with a lemony astringent bitterness, Japanese lychee candy. A hint of malt. A husky grain finish with that citrus astringency hanging on for the duration. Is this what happens when you overcrush or oversteep your grains? Yuck.
M –Light carbonation, an odd, oily mouthfeel.
O – Simply not very good, and a poor stab at the style.

Had a bottle at a bar in Reykjavik at an outragious price. (Around $10)
A: Transparent, almost Rodenbach red, almost artificially red but quite brilliant. No visible rising carbonation. A forced 2 finger head.
S: Sour fruit/cherry, very similar to Rodenbach
T: Robotusin aftertaste with faint buts of phenol, bitter malt.
M: Mildly astringent, lemon juice mouth feel, very mild carbonation.
O: Ok, kind bland, unexciting.
