The beer is hazy deep gold, has an off-white head, a dense head with good lacing. Small curtains.
The smell is weekly in the grassy lemon area.
The taste starts rather sweet, white bread, honey, then lemon juice and peel.
Light carbonation, soft, medium body and a mellow dry finish.
Rather sweet, but very easy to drink. This beer is brewed for the Sorbon bar in Bromma, Stockholm, Sweden now by Ölvisholt (previously by Sigtuna), but this cask was obtained by De Klomp in Linköping, Sweden.
