Re reviewing. Why? Why not.
Danish brewed supposedly...like Carlsberg. Which for me is basically the worst beer in the world. And the Danish are for me the worst brewers in the world. This is cheaper and brewed in Romania by United Romanian Breweries, who are probably the worst brewers in Romania, equal with Ursus. Not expecting much, but we will give a fair review. I liked the ring pull.
Chilled to around 1 centigrade, for me the perfect pilsner temperature...let's give Tuborg a chance at least. Ring pull on lid...extra overall marks for sure, just in case you are homeless or on the way to a festival. Not quite as bad as I was expecting. The hops is covert but still detectable. It's mega easy drinking. Almost like water. It is probably more like water than any other beer I have ever tried.
I love water when I am drinking water and want to drink water. However this a supposed to be a beer. Luckily for Tuborg there is some very faint detectable hops. And the malt is mega light. And the appearance is totally ok. So somehow, this is just good enough to probably pass the United Romanian Breweries inspector test.
Is it worse than Carlsberg? Yes. Carlsberg has a little more taste. But both are really similar. If you want a beer to drink as fast as possible, this one is probably better. If you want a beer to drink less fast, buy Carslberg. Considering how terrible these beers are, it's better to drink this one, as you can drink it faster.
Still, the flavour is ok and there is nothing off or tinney or dodgy about it. But it gets 0 for feel and 0 overall for not even tasting like beer. But the taste is ok, so it gets a 1.5. As it's refreshing with noticable hops. If this is anyone's favourite beer, I really feel sorry for them. But at least it's better than Argus and most other United Romanian Brewery creations.
Totally terrible, but it tastes like water so at least it's not offensive.
