Pours a very slightly cloudy, golden coloration with a medium, fluffy head and slightly visible carbonation. Smells of biscuity, grainy malt and floral, grassy, slightly herbal hops. Taste follows the nose, with a good balance of biscuity, grainy malt and floral, grassy, slightly herbal and spicy hops, as well as a touch of hay. Finishes with a light/medium bitterness and some floral, herbal hops lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
A pretty decent Pils with a good balance of biscuity, grainy malt and fkloral, herbal hops, although the malts are a bit prevalent here, lending a certain, but not overdone, sweetness to this which is balanced out well enough by a decent bitterness in the finish. Perhaps not quite as crisp and clean as other Pilsners, but a perfectly nice example of the style.

.5L swing-top, best before the end of 12/11.
Pours a rich, clear and effervescent gold with a steady two-finger head. Some of the best retention I've seen in a while on a Pils. Nice lacing.
The nose is full of herbal European hops. Lightly spicy.
Flavor is very nicely balanced between a solid hop bite and fresh malt character. Hops are woody. The malts are crackery and grainy, though there's a bit of butteriness on the otherwise clean finish. The mouthfeel feels slightly thin and drying on the palate, though the carbonation is medium-high.
Good fresh Pils here.
