Small, open-air bar that is very close to the nearby dock. They only had a couple beers on tap, but it was nice to not have to drink Carib or some other fizzy, yellow lager. The service is typical of the BVIs. Friendly but not frenetic. Perfectly laid back.

With the micro movement in full affect tourist destinations are scrambling to offer something to the beer lover that will just not drink those terrible sugar filled island drinks. Most that you find in the Virgin islands are marketing companies fronted by poster cut out locals backed by big brew companies. For example everything I drank from the Virgin Islands brewing company was brewed by Shipyard in Portland Maine and pushed down to the Caribbean via Miller pipes. Then, like a mirage that turned out to be real, I stumble upon Foxy's.... It appears to be another one of those tourist party destinations one reads about in playboy magazine, and it is....but they actually brew their own beer onsite...and it tastes good. They only have 4 taps and 3 were working when I was there but I was pleasantly surprised with the Lager and the Brown. Both were full of flavor and were with in style guidelines while still being distinctly unique creations.

The venue is all outdoors so you can take in the views and suck in the sea air. Very laid back very simple hut like structure, perfect for the setting of BVI.

The service is really bad, but hey you are in the Virgin islands. You need to adjust your state of mind. The food is average Caribbean bar food. Will not disappoint or impress.

Compared to other brewpubs in the states I cannot give it a high score but for the Carib this place is really a good place for a micro.
