Excellent appearance. Turbid, banana yellow with a slight orange blush. Fat uniform white head that lasted and clung but did fall completely. Nose is banana and clove with plenty of spice. A light herbal form hop that is barely a whisper and crackery malt. Drinks with a hint of citrusy tartness form yeast and a firm banana peel. Not that overly ripe banana or bubblegum flavor. Soft and graceful middle with earthy mild clove and just prickly bubbles. Crisp, clean and smooth. No alcohol on the palate. Playful spice mingles with those bubbles in the finish and a hop bitter is perfectly balanced. You don't even notice it .

One of many I had on tap on the Brewery yesterday
A-Cloudy yellow, some carbonation, two finger head
S-Clove, wheat and banana
T-Wheat, slight lemon, clove with some banana.
M-Light, not much carbonation and a little watery.
O-A decent Hefeweizen, but the carbonation and the mouthfeel weren't as good as I would have liked.

Again i know this is alot like Suspects and that is because we drank together and talked about it (and i like to steal from him)
Appearance: Cloudy straw gold in color. Aggressive pour leads to a 2 finger head that doesn't move. Lacing is strong, thick and lasts the entire drink.
Smell: Clove bready-yeast smell. Perfect hefe smell.
Taste: taste follows the nose to a tee. Wonderful wheat, clove, and beautiful yeast finish.
Mouthfeel: Light, perfectly carbonated no lingering aftertaste to speak of.
Overall: This is a beer i will enjoy for summers to come! Great easy to drink beer and i can walk to get my Growler filled!! Thanks CBC

The beer pours a cloudy gold color with a thick frothy white head that slowly fades to lacing. The aroma is good. It has a light pale and wheat malt scent along with a wonderful array of hefeweizen yeast esters. The banana/clove character rings true with this one. The taste is good. It has a smooth pale and wheat malt flavor; perfectly balanced. It goes down easy with an excellent yeasty finish. It's light and fruity; perfect for a hot summer day. The mouthfeel is fine. It is a medium/full bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This is a damn tasty beer. It's refreshingly smooth with lots of that hefe character; a solid summer session ale.
