Looks really good but a little bit more golden than expected from a "white" beer. Really nice looking foamy head.

Really good tropical aromas, lots of fruits like grapefruits, oranges, lemons, pineapple, apples and strawberries. There's also a subtle wheat aroma.

A little bit disappointed by the mouth, not enough wheat or malt, you only taste the yeasts and the hops, which would be good if there was a little bit more malt presence.

Not enough body in my opinion also, too thin on the tongue. Good bitterness though.

Appearance - This beer looks fantastic, It pours a cloudy orange color with 3 fingers of extremely fine foamy head. The head retention and carbonation are absolutely fantastic. 15 mins in and I still have over a finger of foamyl head.

Aroma - this is a very interesting nose. its not a typical IPA but a white ipa which is brewed on a witbier base!the nose is super citrus, up front, you get strong grapefruit, orange rind, mango, pineapple, than you get coriander a wheat zest, and a very bready back end. I'm talking bakery fresh white bread.

Taste - Again up front is the grapefruit, orange rind, some lemon rind mango, some light pine, coriander, wheat zest, pale bready malts. Definitely a decent white IPA and those flavors seem to mesh well enough.

Feel - light-medium bodied beer, soft carbonation, moderate bitterness on the back end. and a fair amount at the front.

Overall - This is definitely an interesting beer, You dont see to many white IPA's in quebec and I'm fairly suprised with how well La chouape executed it considering the last few beers ive had from them Try it out. Cheers!
