Amber looking beer with some reddish notes. No head and low carbonation is visible in the beer. Aroma is light in intensity. I can't get anything specific. As the beer warms up, the aroma intensify and I get some spice, I get some ginger. On the taste, it is not specially good. Cloves and coriander are notable in the taste. Some bitterness from the ginger which I dislike. This is not very pleasing. Not a very good beer.

Into Sam Adams perfect glass.
A- Looks very carbonated with all the fizz going about inside the hazy brown liquid. Very frothy, creamy and heavy looking beige head. Nice.
S- Some kind of English yeast I find in a lot of smaller Quebec breweries... not a good start for me. Definitely some spiciness in here but all I'm getting is nutmeg, which isn't listed in the ingredients. (ingredients being: water, malted barley, honey, hops, yeast, coriander, orange peel, natural vanilla, clove, fresh ginger) Also very floral, a bit like smelling an iris. Dark honey and cream come out as it warms.
T- Darn. That yeast. But not that bad. A bit of cocoa and coffee helps keep it in check. Hard for me to find all the ingredients they put in there. Tastes like 6.7%. Also kind of watery.
M- Low carbonation, close to thin mouthfeel... not super. Swish it around a bit and it feels kind of creamy but still not much.
D- Thin and a bit watery so I guess it's easy to drink. Not very tasty though, so...
Well, if I was looking for an easy drinking Christmas beer this would be an okay choice seen how light it is. Only thing is, it was 5.99 for 500ml, which I find a little expensive for how good it is.
