Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy color ale with a large slightly off-white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma consists of clean crisp cereal with lightly dry hoppy notes. Taste is very refreshing with a very nice malt profile with clean cereal notes with a dry hoppy finish that is quite enjoyable. Body is quite full with good bottle conditioning and good carbonation. Very well brewed with great drinkability factor.

The bottle of La Solidaire that I found had been sitting on the shelf since last Fall (with a healthy layer of dust to prove it). It poured a slightly cloudy light gold with almost no head. I've seen better.
Some fruit and yeast is noticeable in the smell, but not much else. The taste is somewhat better, adding levels of both malt and hops that balance it out quite well.
Its very dry and has good carbonation. Overall, I don't think I'd buy this again because it was way too expensive and not worth the price.
