A:
Pours a hazy while color with a healthy-but-not-huge white head that fixes to a film but is easily rousted. Good retention; not much lacing.
S:
Spicy and herbal. Wood, spicy phenols, flowers, lacquer, orange.
T:
Meh. Wood, herbs, dry European hop dryness, sweet floral smell stuck on the nose.
M:
Thin, prickly, light body, no finish, drinkable but only from being so thin.
O:
Passable BSPA (at least I assume that's what it's supposed to be).
Although a weird looking white color with a varnishtastic nose, it is drinkable and not bad, but neither is it good
This may have been an old batch, buy at your own risk, but I'll stick to their fabulous saisons.

The beer is golden yellow, with little visible carbonation. Nice white foamy head on top of it. Looks like soap foam. The aroma is light with some fruits notes (oranges and citrus). Some malts in there too. The taste has a low intensity. Looks like the new stuff is light... Citrus in the taste with some floral notes. Very fresh in the taste. It would be better if it was stronger in the taste. Maybe the brewer was scared when he used the ingredients. He didn't knew them well.
They would gain in making this stronger. I'm not sure I would buy this every year. Lets see what they come up next year.
2012 bottle: Copper color and slightly golden. Nice white foamy head on top of it. Sticky. Belgium yeast are present with some grapefruits and citrus notes. Bitter in the aroma with some fruits at the same time. I like it. In the mouth, it is tropical fruits with some bananas. Very bitter on the finish. Very refreshing. This one is a hit. Better than the last version, a lot more tasty.

Bottle: Poured a hazy deep beige color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of fresh cereal notes with great floral hoppy aroma. Taste is a mix between some super fresh and somewhat floral cereal notes with some super floral green hops notes. Body is quite full with limited filtration and good carbonation. This was a surprising hit with loads of nice aroma and fresh cereal notes.

Poured in a riedel magnum red wine glass
A: Amber, brownish hue, slightly troubled. Big creamy white head.
S: Earthy, with peaches, and orange rinds and spices. Realy nice
T: Good intensity, with fresh hops character. Well balanced bitterness.
O: Really good, one of the best bottled seasons available here, for a pretty decent price.
