330ml nice blue bottle. Snifter glass. Enjoyed on jan´12. Bright gold in color, chill haze. White quickly dissipated crown. Citrics ,limas, honey & hints of vanilla to the nose. Dry sweet -like lemon wedges - upfront followed by a harsh citric zest – lemon& limas- flavor. Fizzy on the palate with overwhelm acidic sensation. Light body, medium/high carbonation. Quite watery in the middle leaves smooth astringent finish. Lima flavor on the aftertaste. Unbalanced flavors where malts are missed. Body is lighter than desired. Nice pairing with Spanish black paella.
