Reviewed from notes. Had on-tap at The Ravenous Pig in Winter Park. Served in a pint glass.
A: Hazy dark yellow, with a thick white head and a good amount of visible carbonation.
S: Hops up front - tropical, floral and less citrus - with a light cracker malt base.
T: Follows the nose - tropical, floral - with some resin, and a touch of citrus rind. Moderately bitter, and a good pale biscuit malt base. Hop bitterness in the hang, but fades quickly.
M: Medium body, good carbonation sensation. Moderate alcohol presence.
O: This was, as are so many these days, a good-not-great American IPA. Easy to drink, but nothing to make it stand out. Still, I wouldn't hesitate to order another if I found it on tap.
