A very solid pale ale...
Comes out of the can as a pale straw colored brew with decent head and no retention. The smell is practically non-existent, but if I focus enough I find a slight citrus smell blended with wheat. Mouthfeel is light and crisp - no problem there. The taste, though muted, has a slightly sweet malty flavor with hints of lemongrass and wheat - it blends well - but it's muted. Overall, a solid pale ale - one that is sessionable and I hopefully will find more as the warmer months approach.

On tap at the Polite Pig with Nora and Lucy. Pours a light yellow. Not a lot on the nose. It's a crisp beer with more sweetness than hippiness. I'd buy it again.

16 oz. can. Clear golden. Smells of light floral and fruity hops and some bready malts. Tastes of bright crisp and bready malts, a little spicy bittering hops, and a slightly sharp finish. Medium light. Pleasant and drinkable. Tough to be remarkable in this style, but this is done well.

Easy drinking, fresh, enjoyed at the brewer which is Ravenous Pig, Winter Park.
a) Classic golden yellow. Topped with white head that rings for duration and laces a little
S) Too faint but of clean malt, citrus, bright hops.
t) Follows aroma, finishes dry, pilsner like.
f) Clean, fresh, great food beer. Crisp dry finish, sessionable.
o) It's a classic blonde, lighter style ale, complementing appetizers.

Look: Somewhat hazy golden yellow. Very thin white head that turns into a ring in seconds.
Smell: Biscuity malt, citrus, and a bit of bright hops.
Taste: Crisp bready malt with a slightly dry finish. Sweet with almost no bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Thin and highly carbonated.
Overall: Solid, refreshing, but lacks complexity.
