No canned date, but assumed decent freshness (May release?)
Appearance - Pours with a slight haze and an off-white, finger width head. Fair retention, leaves a thin, broken layer of suds across the surface. Not much for lacing; a few small spots.
Smell - Citrus, caramel malt, hints of pineapple and white grape
Taste - Follows the nose. Citrus hop character and caramel malt primarily, highlighted by lesser tropical notes of pineapple, papaya and a trace of white grape. Stays tropical in the finish and leaves a nice, light, fruity acidic bite that lingers in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with light, tingly carbonation. Slick, easy drinker that glides smoothly into the finish.
Overall - Not especially juicy nor hazy, but it does have a pleasant, drinkable quality to it. Nice one on a hot summer day like this.
