On-tap at the source. On to the beer:
This looks like the color of commercial apple juice. A little lighter than orange in color. Not much head to speak of, but not much was anticipated for the style. The nose brings good things to mind. Lemon and tart/sour notes. Those notes are also found in the taste, and I was really enjoying the sour lemon flavor whenever it entered my mouth. Initially, the body seemed a little too light for me, but as time went on the body seemed to fill itself up. Moderate carbonation.
Without a doubt, delicious! Hopefully a second round of this will be made.

On-tap at Bootlegger's
A: The pour is a clear light golden color with a short lived white colored foam.
S: There is some mild, lemony acidity along with a slightly musty funk and a touch of sweet malt.
S: Like the aroma, the tartness is lemony but not overwhelming and the funk is not all that present. There is some malt sweetness along with a touch of apple.
M: The body is medium with a moderate level of carbonation which gives the beer a crispness.
D: An easy drinking sour beer, but not overly tart or acidic, nor complex.
