On-tap at Bootlegger's
A: Pours a pinkish yellow orange with a light head.
S: Strawberry, bubblegum, and an isopropyl medicinal type scent that reminds me of a hospital. Weird but intriguing.
T: Strawberry is the predominate flavour with a noticable medicinal band-aid phenol flavour which wasn't off-putting, but just strange.
M: Medium-bodied, nice acid, phenolic for sure.
D: Just the weirdness hastens the drinkability. Fair enough.

A: The pour is mostly orange with perhaps a few notes of pink to them. A nice white head on top.
S: The nose is a bit on the sugary side. I don't necessarily pick up any sour/wild character to it. There are some sugary, sweet fruit notes--almost candy-like. A bit of a bubblegum aroma as well.
T: The characteristics of the nose completely disappear. This one tastes like how I would imagine bandaids taste. The medicinal character is just overwhelming and I was not able to pick up anything else.
M: The body is not all that bad--medium with a pleasant carbonation. But the flavor makes you want to get the beer off your tongue.
D: This one is just a disaster. An unfortunate experience with the yeast and barrel and fruit here. I'd pass on this one.
