On tap at Bootleggers Costa Mesa.
Copper with white head.
Too much diacetyl on the nose. Having a hard time finding the hops in there.
Taste is movie popcorn butter woth some bitter hop character.
Medium carbonation and dry finish.
Disappointing.
I keep expecting Bootleggers to evolve to a quality brewery and give them the benefit of the doubt every few years, but every time I visit, I am sadly reminded that quality is not the leading motivation here.
