Pours a pale yellow color with a tall white head. Corn/adjunct aroma to it with a touch of yeast. Quite a bit of straw and grass in there, too. Maybe a bit of floral hops and apple esters. Some sweet malt flavor, but mostly adjunct type sweetness. A light but noticeable bitterness, yeast, and mild hops. Some grass and apple juice in there too.

Pours a slightly murky yellow with a white head that settles to a small cap on top of the beer. Foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of grain, malt, and grass/hay aromas. Taste is much the same with a crisp hop bitterness on the palate after each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good pilsner with good aromas and flavors.
