Golden orange in color with a light haze and a white head. Grapefruit and pine hop aromas from the get go. Lots of pineapple and a touch of tangerine, too. Mild bread and malt notes. The flavor is like many Bootlegger’s IPAs: quite bitter and dry. Big pine flavor and quite a bit of grapefruit and citrus peel, too. Not as much in the way of pineapple. Just a touch of malt sweetness.

Pours a clear honey orange with a beige head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, and citrus zest. Taste is very much the same with a citrus zest hop bitterness that lingers on the palate after each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a very good IPA with a great flavor.
