On tap for The Full Pint 6th Anniversary Celebration held at 38 Degrees in Alhambra, CA.
Pours a clear gold with a foamy bone head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace slowly drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, citrus zest, and alcohol aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with a really nice citrus forward hop presence in the aroma and taste.
