Had on-tap today at Crown. Poured into a pint glass from the tap.
Appeared near black except for some reddish highlights. One inch tan head sank to a thin skim and left minimal lacing on the glass.
The aroma was a slightly sweet chocolate, some light fruit and berry, with some lightly roasted coffee.
The taste was initially of dark chocolate with a certain creaminess then some fruitiness in the middle kind of like berries followed by a smooth mocha coffee roasted finish.
Mouthfeel was medium, nice and chewy. Smooth, but not the smoothest Oatmeal Stout I've had.
Overall this was a really good Oatmeal Stout that I would certainly get again. They only had this and one other beer on tap when I was there. I hope they expand and get bigger in the future with more taps because both of the beers were really good.
