On tap at Engine 15 in Jacksonville
A: Dark golden, coppery color, leaves a slight lace but the head fades quickly
S: Smell is heavy on the bourbon with the hops hiding in the background
T: Just like the smell, I got almost all bourbon in the flavor with a nip of hops peaking through. I would not have known this was an IPA from the taste.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation
O: It was a unique beer and I did like the mixture of the bourbon and the hoppiness. I would have preferred more hops with the bourbon accenting the beer instead of dominating it, especially since this beer is supposed to be an IPA. I would drink it again, but with the heavy bourbon flavor I would not be able to have more than one in a sitting.

Thin head but nice lacing on a hazy copper and golden body. Aroma is simple with typical chinook hops and bourbon, as advertised. Flavor is woody with bourbon, earthy hops, tart citrus, rum and caramel malts. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not sure if the chinook IPA was a good base beer. Very drinkable with a nice low ABV for the style.
