A- very dark brown, nearly opaque. Some ruby highlights when held to bright lights. Light tan head with moderate retention, small bubbles. Lacing all over the glass.
S- moderate roasted grains with dark chocolate in the back. Sweet. No hops.
T- medium low roasted grains. Medium high bittersweet chocolate. Sweet finish. No hops.
M- medium carbonation. High body that sticks to the palate. Bitterness fades quickly.
O- well done example of the style. I hope it makes their regular rotation.
