Pours a pale, clear golden color. 3/4 inch head of a white color. Great retention and slight lacing. Smells of coriander, clove, sweet malt, slight tart malt, and yeast. Fits the style of a Witbier. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp with a low carbonation level. Tastes of coriander, clove, citrus, yeast, and sweet malt. Overall, decent witbier but little lacking in body.

Had this on tap initially at the first sampling of this brew but unfortunately at that time there was quite a lot of carbonation which squandered some of the session. I enjoy this style so tried it again and found it to be quite good.
The appearance was not the typical (i.e. Hoegaarden) fashion but more copper shades and less head this time though clearer lacking the unfiltered quality usually seen.
The nose was analogous to the style as was taste but much stronger with the coriander and light citrus.
A drinkable beer, one that I'll look forward to during the hot summer days!

Now on tap at MBC, this pint offering came with a hazy lemon & copper pour, capped with a white head that left sticky laces.
A lemon crisp aroma lead into a tangy citrus quaff, with hints of spice and coriander.. Nice brew all the way around, as the malty wheat gave way to the spice and hops in the dry finish.
They call it a 'light" beer, and I would have no problem with this brew for a session. A tasty treat indeed.
