A - Poured a clear, golden orange color with a small, soapy head of white foam. It left sticky rings of soapy lace.
S - It smelled of pine and citrus. A really clean aroma.
T - Nice biscuity malt aroma with just the right amount of sweet caramel. There were subtle hints of citrus and pine flavors.
M - It was crisp and sharp with a dry finish. A light to medium-bodied beer.
D - My first Mattingly brew and it's a good one. Nice balanced flavors.

Poured into pint glass. Pours a deep golden color with a half inch of white head. Smell is citrusy with a hint of pine. The taste is just the opposite, pine with a hint of citrus and a biscuit like malt backbone. Light dry mouthfeel. Extremely drinkable, I'll be having a few more of these tonight and many more in the future.

Another one now on tap at MBC, this pint came with a hazy amber orange pour, topped off nicely with a white head that left ring laces.
Whoo! This APA is full throttle, tons of citrus and pine in the aroma, and a sturdy pull of the pint produces hints of orange. Very tasty brew, and the floral hop burps mid-way thru add a good finish.
I predict this one to be a signature offering at MBC.
