Pours a clear, dark amber color. 1/3 inch head of an off-white color. Slight retention and poor lacing. Smells of sweet malt, slight hop, yeast, and slight chocolate malt. Fits the style of an Irish Red Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and clean with an average carbonation level. The feel is almost cloying. Tastes of chocolate, sweet malt, yeast, hint of hop, earthiness, and a hint of grain. Overall, the chocolate was too dominate, but otherwise a good Irish Red.

On tap with their fish and chips for lunch. Great pair!
Came out a clear copper red, nice tan head that left rings of lace on the way down. A well spiced ale, balanced well with the malt. The finish had a hoppy clean and crisp dry aspect to it, leaving me awaiting the next sip. A perfect brew to enjoy in the spring coolness.
They also have a dry hopped version of the brew.
