Pours a clear, golden color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Good retention and slight lacing. Smells of sweet malt, yeast, citrus (orange peel), slight coriander, hint of hops, and dough. Fits the style of a Biere de Garde. Mouth feel is slightly smooth and crisp with an average carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, citrus (orange), yeast, slight spice, and dough. Overall, good blend, body, and aroma.

A - Slightly hazy copper color with medium sized white head. Head retention was good but there was barely any lacing.
S - The malt is the most dominant smell. There is also some spiciness that rounds things out. Very little in the way of hops.
T - Malt is earthy and yeasty. There are hints of orange peel, pepper, and vanilla. Less yeasty than I expected but there is a nice hop bitterness in the finish.
M - Full bodied with a good level of carbonation.
D - Overall very good beer and highly drinkable.
