Pours a clear, amber color. One inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of strong ginger, yeast, orange peel, and sweet malt. Fits the style of a Herbed / Spiced beer. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp with an average carbonation level. There is also a slight dryness present. Tastes of strong ginger, sweet malt, yeast, and slight grain. Overall, the ginger flavor is overly strong in the beginning and continued to dominate throughout. Unfortunately, the other flavors were diminished by this, or were not present to begin with.
