Amber brown color, clean maltiness, slightly smokey (peaty) and just a touch of English Golding Hops. Served traditionally, with lower carbonation and pushed with nitrogen for creamy texture.

On tap @ Wedge, Nov '13
A- pours a dark golden brown with a creamy white head, good retention, lacing covers the entire glass the whole way down
S- grainy and malty with notes of caramel, a little bit of smoke and a touch of chocolate
T- sweet caramel malt, butterscotch/toffee, slightly smoky, sweet-yet somewhat dry clean finish
M- medium body, super creamy mouthfeel with medium carbonation, velvety finish
O- big and sweet malty from top to bottom with nice caramel notes. The nitro tap gave it a great mouthfeel

Consumed December 30th, 2013 at the brewery.
Appearance: clear medium amber. A little lighter than expected for the style. Creamy, nitro-driven head provides nice sheeting and clings to the sides.
Aroma is smoky and peaty; think Highland scotch.
Flavor is smoky as well. Very smoky, in fact. Nitro may have muted other flavor character, since there is only a little sweet malt aside from the smoke.
Medium mouthfeel, slightly creamy.
Smoke bomb.
