Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a hazy, orange-caramel coloring, with a wispy, white halo of head. Nose of apricot fruit sweetness and subtle roast. Light and balanced. Flavors are apricot sweet throughout, with a tangy caramel backbone, and an overall roasted characteristic. Smooth, crisp bodied, with apricot fruit sweetness and roasted notes making up the aftertaste. The finish is crisp, sweet, and clean. Solid brew.
