A: color is amber with some orange hues, carbonation is poor, and head is almost non present, of course there is no top layer of bubbles on top of the beer.
S: smell is not very pleasant it contains something as of old fruit, some barley and wheat in the back but really not very intense.
T: Flavor is not nice also, it is not a nice hefeweizen, it has a little of fermented fruit.
M: Not a complex or balanced sensation, but it is not bitter or sweet but maybe a little acid.

Wheat craft beer made in Puebla, Mexico. It is assumed that under the German Purity Law (water, malt, yeast and hops).
A: Cloudy amber color, NO head of foam, i guess if the logo is the volcano Popocateplet;
S: Citrusy and floral, some notes of banana and wheat;
T: Raw wheat and little earth hops;
M: Very water and bittersweat, almost no carbonation and body;
D: Taste like tamarind water without sugar, homever i liked.

Nice surprise this beer. Not only it's a relatively new brewery, expanding it's distribution up to Northern México, but also makes a style that is not very well know in the Country.
Well, actually beer culture is rare here. But choosing an unfiltered brew is quite risky.
Let me explain myself: I've seen people, college educated, fairly world traveled (trips educate, you know), complain about a "dirty" glass after they had their beer. The "smudge", you can realize, was nothing but good lacing.
Also, Mexicans (as well as others) take a dark beer as an equivalent of strong. A murky beer will be touted as only God knows what...
Well, on with the review:
Pours a nice light orange-ish hazy, murky, with a tiny white head and lots of lacing. I thought that probably the first bottle was too cold. So I took another two bottles out of the fridge, and made careful pours. No massive head that is a weissbier trademark.
Smell was that of a typical weiss: Fruity, bananalike, spicy. Malts in the back. Really good.
Taste was good. Nice maltiness, slight bitterness. Round brew.
Mouthfeel was buttery, mild bitter finish. Spicy air left in my mouth.
Drinkability is quite high in my hot Summer weather. Actually I went for some more of these.
¡Salud!
