Served on tap, in a pint glass at the brewery. This Marzen poured a clear amber color, produced a thin white head. Average retention and average lacing. The aroma of this Marzen smells of sweet malt and hops. The ale is medium in body, tastes a little on the sweet side for my liking. There are some slight traces of hop flavor but overall not very well balanced. Light on the malt, heavy on the sweet. Nothing like the real thing back in the Fazerland. I would not order this in the future.

Poured from the tap a clear deep copper color with a half inch white cap.

Aroma of toasted caramel malts and a whiff of citrusy hops.

Tasted of toasted caramel malts, brown sugar, and grapefruit. Overall, very nicely balanced.

Medium bodied, crisp, and moderately carbonated.

A very nice Märzen by the folks at the Stable. I recommend having a few to make a perfect fall evening.

A nice copper color with a decent sized head. I tend to lean away from really malty beers but this one has a nice flavor. It is crisp, nicely carbonated and very easy to drink. Worth checking out while at the Stable. It's a good beer to sit on the patio and partake.

The beer is as odd as the brewpub it comes from, Not bad, exactly, just slightly off.

Pours lovely copperish with a lavish head. Malty aroma backs up malty, toasty flavor. There is a slight hop bite. Thin mouthfeel.

Good? It's OK, just don't go out of your way for it.

Pours a clear, amber color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Good retention and decent lacing. Smells of hop, sweet malt, and earthy/pale malt. Fits the style of a Marzen / Oktoberfest. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp with an average carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, slight hop, and brown sugar in the finish. Overall, the beer is too sweet for me, and a little lacking on the hops and malt.

Very nice Märzen from the Stable. Solid in all aspects - poured a clear dark cola brown with a good tan head floating on top. Big malts left the infamous lace rings on the way down.

A full bodied brew, aroma and the taste were rich in the toasted and spicy malts. Finished crisp and, or course, clean with the lagering. Took awhile for them to get the beers done, but so far I'm impressed with the brews.
