On tap at the taproom.
A dirty, murky brown with no head, this looks meh. The nose, though, is dominated by bourbon, oak, vanilla, a little peach and the beautiful Adam character. Smoky, earthy, leathery, tannic, beautiful. The peach character is more of an accent, thankfully. The palate opens big and boozy, a nice blend of leather, oak and smoke, bourbon, burnt sugar. Vanilla is present in the midpalate. Oak is quite noticeable, adding a pleasant bitterness and mild astringency. Leathery on the finish, this beer is medium full in body though it does feel thin in spots. Very, very good.

Adam is one of my favorite brews period. This white peach from the wood is spectacular. Lucked out for sure to catch it on tap.

On tap at Borefts 2015, one of the highlights of the fest. Opaque brown pour, with strong aromas of oak, bourbon, vanilla and macerated fruit. Very alcohol-heavy taste, like a fine spirit, but also very smooth mouthfeel and complex taste.

Murky brown color. Thin tan head.
Flavor is very oaky and woody. Whiskey and vanilla notes. Lots of malts. Caramel, toffee, molasses.
The peach is subtle, but definitely shows in the finish. Provides a little sweetness.
A little thin in the body. Lower carbonation. Very nice beer.

Enjoyed on tap at the brew pub. Poured an opaque and murky dark brown colour. Nose was sweet caramel, and toffee with a massive bourbon and oak presence. The palate followed suit ~ sweet caramel, toffee and raisin notes accompanied by a massive bourbon barrel presence of charred oak, bourbon and vanilla. The peach is very subdued and shows up in the finish.
