On tap at the brewery.
Murky muddy amber with an off white head, there have been prettier beers than this. The nose, though, is quite excellent. Leafy and citrus hops, toffee, caramel, honey, earth, a little mineral are present. Sweet on the palate with honey, toffee, mild firming bitterness, a touch mineral and chalk. I can't really taste as much of the concrete egg when compared to the Adam from the Stone from last year. Long finish, sweet and mildly bitter, this is smooth on the palate as well. Yummy.

Woody, earthy, wonderful sweetness, a woody bitterness, hops dance in, wood candy sweetness, caramel. Medium bitterness. On the sweeter side balancing it from other American barleywine/strong ale.
