Pours a cloudy, copper color. 2/3 inch head of a white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of mustiness, doughy, slight alcohol, and slight sweet malt. Fits the style of an American Strong Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of piney hops, strong mustiness, hint of earthiness, dough, alcohol, and a hint of floral notes. Overall, the mustiness and dough combined are a unique feature that I have never had before. Interesting beer; good appearance, feel, complexity. It really is reminiscent of the aroma of a wet river rocks.
