Collaboration with Toccalmatto of Fidenza, Italy. On tap at HotD...
Dark brown, nice khaki foam.
Tons of smoke in the aroma.
Good amount of peated smokiness and nuttiness in the flavor, but lacking in some sweet caramelized sugar.
A little thin, but still creamy, smokey, lightly sweet, and toasty bitterness.
Another good collaboration from these guys. Delicious brew, with the aroma being my favorite part.
