On tap at the source.
Just a gorgeous, inspired pairing of the smoky, fruity, leathery base Adam with a smoky, fruity, earthy tequila. Really harmonious, with clean barrel character. Fleshy, meaty agave, delicately smoked, complements the base Adam. The barrel character is fairly neutral with minimal wood notes present. Excellent stuff.

Post aural abomination at Saint Vitus. I miss getting this breweries beers more often. Torst draft.
A- Deep brown black pour into the Torst glass. A small tan cap forms with a foamy texture and okay retention. Small ring at the edges and spotty lacing.
S- Oh Adam, a true classic, gets thrown into barrels but still retains its complex malty character. The tequila is apparent right away and that spirits signature character plays well into the deep dark dried fruits, brown sugar, molasses, fig, cocoa nibs, chocolate malt, slight smoke, caramel and fudge aromas. A joy to sniff.
T- Tequila definitely opens up even more here but still doesn't take away from the glorious Adam base beer. Dark dried raisin, fig, plum and dates open for caramel, toasted nuts, caramel, toffee, spiced raisin, fudge, cocoa nib, dark chocolate, tobacco, light smoke and then the barrel. The tequila flavor is immediately obvious and it cuts in and marries the malty base beer very well.
MF- Thick bodied with a very low level of bubbles. Just a slight foamy texture but overall it is slick and syrupy.
Give me any form of Adam and I will basically be in beer heaven. The tequila compliments the incredibly deep and complex Adam quite well adding some booze and tequila flavor that cuts into the richness quite a bit.
