Presentation: On tap.

Appearance: Dark Mahogany/Brown, liquid sticks to glass like a bourbon.

Smell: Whiskey like aromas, alcohol and wood, mingle with some roasted notes.

Taste: A spiciness is dominate from the alcohol and hops which is slightly rounded by burnt sugar, roasted barley and a touch of bourbon flavour.

Notes: Big on aroma and flavour. A bit of magic was put into this 10% abv brew. A superb Old Ale! This brew was aged in used bourbon barrels for about 2 years.
