An intense barrel character with the cinnamon, green walnut and barrel tannins just completely overwhelming the base Adam, obliterating its nuance and softness , and replacing it with a tannic, feral beast of a beer. Enjoyable in small amounts but not wholly drinkable, unlike the best Adam variants IMO.
