Soft, peaty smoke, rich leather, earth, dark honey, burnt honey, burnt sugar, dark butterscotch, rich umami. Soft palate, but so rich with dark honey, leather. Treacle, umami. The peat smoke is both delicate and powerful. Beautiful mouthfeel and barrel character. Gorgeous.
